How to log in with a digital certificate or i-key
If you have a digital certificate or i-key, you can click on the link in the STEO website window asking for log in with certification. A Security Alert will appear. Click OK to proceed and the following pop-up box will appear:
Enter your Pass Phrase (password) and click OK to proceed. You will be taken to the secure area or site.
If you require assistance logging in using your Digital Certificate, please contact the Tertiary Helpline on 0800 422 599. Information about how to use a Digital Certificate for the first time and other information about Digital Certificates can also be obtained from the Tertiary Helpline.
