The Ministry of Education is upgrading its authentication service (ESAA) which is used for logging into applications like:
National Student Index (NSI)
Services for Tertiary Education Organisations (STEO)
New Zealand Qualifications Authority Tertiary Education Organisation Extranet (TEOE)
Electronic Receipting System (ERS)
Tertiary Education Commission Shared Workspaces
Literacy and Numeracy for Adults Assessment Tool
Assessment Tool for Teaching and Learning (e-asTTle) [Schools only]

Te Kete Ipurangi (TKI).
The replacement service, ESAA2, is designed to take advantage of more modern technology and to streamline the way you use it.
The replacement of ESAA will involve a change in the way you do things. For example introducing a new online registration process and administration model to replace the current manual process. More information will be provided on this site as the project progresses.
If you have any questions please contact the Ministry of Education Contact Centre at: email@example.com or 0800 422 599.
