TEC STEO
An issue exists with TEC STEO where the context does not change if this is attempted within 60 seconds of a previous change of context. If you require to change Context (Organisation) please wait at least 60 seconds before changing it again and then CONFIRM that the context has changed when the page refreshes.
This issue does not affect any of the other functions of TEC STEO but will be fixed as soon as possible.

RS20 Return
The yearly RS20 is due in from Monday 4 August 2008, and must be supplied by 20 August 2008. Tertiary Education Organisations (TEO's) are invited to submit an RS20 if you are:
1. Registered with the NZQA as a Private Training Establishment
2. An active TEO on the week of 28 July - 3 August 2008
3. Not receiving Student Component (EFTS based) funding

Single Data Return 2009: Update
There will be no system changes to the Single Data Return (SDR) for 2009.
Some operational changes (reflecting changes in tertiary education policy) may be necessary during 2008 for 2009, however it is expected that these will not require changes to tertiary education organisation’s (TEOs) student management systems. Any operational changes to the SDR will be notified as soon as consultation with the sector is concluded and decisions are made.
The decision not to make system changes to the SDR for 2009 recognises the need for more time to work with the sector. Consultation on potential system changes for the 2010 SDR, for example to address data quality and coverage issues, will occur in late 2008.
In the meantime, the revised Generic Enrolment Form for 2009 is now available for download.
It is expected that the final 2009 SDR manual will be available from the end of June 2008.
