| A: |  | No, your SDR will be rejected when validated in our system, you will need to fix all errors before you can submit the SDR. If you need help working through the errors please call the Sector Service Desk.

| Q: |  | I've submitted an SDR already this year do I need to submit another? |

| A: |  | You should check the SDR Manual for the dates for the SDR returns. Currently EFT's funded and Student Loans and Allowances approved providers are required to submit 3 returns each year. You can contact your tertiary resourcing advisor for information regarding this, or email tqr@tec.govt.nz [no spam].

| Q: |  | I'm having trouble opening a file I downloaded off the STEO site. What should I do? |

| A: |  | All the files on STEO are self extracting WinZip files, the purpose of this is to make them easily downloadable. In order to unzip the files, double click on the file and select a location to save to, then press unzip. The file will now be saved to your computer, and can be opened as usual.
