The National Student Index (NSI) is a database system maintained by the Ministry of Education. The purpose of the application is to allocate a unique identifier to every tertiary student and National Certificate of Education candidate.
An online form is available for individuals to request a copy of the personal details held on their NSI record. The form can be accessed by clicking, Personal Information Request Form.
